Uncle Tyler

Tyler thinks his new niece is great. He is so cute with her. He was a little bit nervous to hold her when she was born, but not anymore. For some reason she thinks his nose is extremely interesting!!

Kaidence

This is when my first grandchild was born. She was born in September of 2006. What an amazing thing it is to have a granddaughter. She is the happiest child I think I have ever been around. Jack calls her "Wiggles" because she is always moving. Unfortunately for Heather and Nick, she also doesn't sleep very much. All she needs is a little cat nap and she is good to go!! Personally, I think she is affraid she is going to miss something.

It is so much fun to watch Nick with Kaidence. Can you say "over protective". I'm not sure she is ever going to get to date!!

Heather continues to amaze me of what a good mother she is. Don't know where she learned that, must have been from her Grandma Givan.

Harley's

We have been doing alot of riding. Recently I got my motorcycle license and have been riding our friend Richie's "Deluxe", and if I do say myself, I look great on it!!! Jack and Jeff just got done building a bike for our friend Michelle, what a beauty it is. Now he is rebuilding another bike for a friend that wrecked his. He is having the time of his life. I don't ever have to wonder where he is because more often than naught he is holed up in his "Motorcycle Garage".

Cabo San Lucas

June 5, 2007

We recently went on vacation to Cabo San Lucas. We met our friend Curtis Cain and spent a week with him. We didn't take our golf clubs this time (hard to believe isn't it). Instead we fished for 4 days. Well Curtis and Jack fished 4 days, I only fished one day and of course that was the day we didn't catch anything, so I figured I was bad luck and stayed away for the other days which were alot more successful!! I just stayed at the Resort and basked in the sun with many, many books, music and fruity drinks. It was such a hardship!! We also rented Baja Buggies and went tooling around in the sand. It was great fun but man were we dirty when we were done. Of course to offset the dirt and grime, I had to get a facial!!
