Oregon-California Coast Trip

Jack and I went on a week long motorcycle trip up into Oregon and down the California coastline. It was my maiden voyage on my motorcycle. We went into Oregon as far as Coos Bay and ended in Chico, California.

We went through the "Valley of the Giants" redwoods.

We hiked a little ways in and it was so peaceful and magical, I expected to see some wood nymphs or fairies or some other worldly creature.

We ran into some pretty thick fog on the coast. It was creepy! I just
tried to stay between my lines and followed Jack's taillights.

From St. George to Salt Lake

After the week in St. George we went up to Salt Lake to see the family. Kaidence is growing up to fast in her gram's eyes. She is starting to put words together instead of just saying "NO"!

Boy do we miss being in Salt Lake.

Annual St. George Trip

We just got back from our annual golf trip to St. George. We took the motorcycles with us and either golfed or road the motorcycles everyday. We had a great time with everyone.

Even Tim was there with Ron (my brother from another mother)!

Nick's Return from Iraq

Good News!!! Nick returned safely from Iraq yesterday. Heather said they had to wait in a big warehouse until the plane reached the tarmac. Once the plane arrived all the families that were waiting, pushed, shoved and elbowed their way to get up front. Heather, Kaidence and Nick's mom Jody waded right in!!! Unfortunately no picture taking was allowed.

WELCOME HOME NICK!!!
